Emma Wyatt is a Relationship Manager at TD Community Development Corporation (TDCDC), specializing in the origination of innovative debt, equity, and tax credit financing solutions. Before joining TDCDC, she was the Chief Operating Officer at The Innovate Fund, where she led strategic operations and expanded the fund’s NMTC impact. At TDCDC, she leverages her deep expertise in New Markets Tax Credits to drive economic opportunity and business growth across the organization’s footprint. Emma is based in Abingdon, VA and is passionate about serving the Appalachian region through her service on other boards such as the Invest Appalachia Investment Committee, Farm Credit of the Virginia’s Young, Beginning, and Small Farmers Advisory Board, and proudly, Three Roots Capital’s NMTC Advisory Board.
